I took both my courses in California at 2 different tracks and about a year apart. Mostly it was the same group of instructors, first guy at Infinion was great..the next instructor seemed a little fresh and wasn't quite as good but still no regrets. The bikes were top shelf..can't imagine them...

Took the level one course at Infinion about 3 years ago when they were still using Kawi ZX6 and then the level 2 course at Streets of Willow about 2 years ago on the BMW 1000RR...fabulous school...I would highly recommend it. I was up in Bala today for work ( in my work van ) major roads were fine, took one of my favourite twisty back roads and it was heavily covered in sand. 632 was clear at the south end, little bit of sand once you got close to Rosseau. 141 to High Falls Road was clear.

In my cage today I came across 17 this afternoon thru Mansfield ( next east west road south of River ) and it had a fair bit of sand in some of the corners. I would expect river road to be quite sandy for a while yet.

The main one used to be Leavens on Derry road but they shut down last summer. I used to buy aircraft hardware for my racecar there. Only place I know locally to buy safety wire is CSC racing in Newmarket. They sell all types of things for auto racing and they are just north of the Suzuki dealer.
