I'm still a bit nervous about the PR3 uneven wear pattern I've heard about. You have to be careful of your tire pressure at all times if you expect long life out of them. My friend just put a set on his CBF1000 so I'll be sure to see how they wear out.

Milton Honda had a demo day on Saturday. It was fairly quiet early on. Got to try the CB1000R and the CBR1000RR. Quite impressed with the "double R" but I still don't know how people use this as their day-to-day bikes.

It's his first bike so I doubt that he can tell the difference right now. Best "mod" would be to learn how to ride it properly.

The VFR is your first bike? Be careful at low speed, she's a bit heavy!

If you need clip-ons, try to find a set off a '02 and up VFR (43mm diameter).

Useful post... Back to the topic: Corbin seats are wider than stock so make sure it works for you. What about Sargeant seats?

You should consider joining the Ontario VFR mailing list http://www.vfr.on.ca/ They usually try to have a weekend meet in September. Last year's was in Bancroft where the roads are actually interesting.
