Not to hijack my own thread, but I'll tell ya... The new 5.0L are an awesome all around car. Decent on fuel, lots of power and just a few visual mods and it looks bad-***. But I love Vettes too.

Dangerous Driving isn't an HTA offence. It's a CC (Criminal Code of Canada) offence. As such, it can be laid anywhere, just like an Impaired charge. It doesn't matter gate, fence, etc.

I know if a car is over 20 years old, our fine friends at the MOT require an appraisal along with all the regular documents to switch over the ownership.
Does a motorcycle over 20 years of age require an appraisal now too?
