Where to get this part (fuel hose)...?

I saw that, lol. That's what I have already. It was 1.84, so the price was right. I'll have to research the coil spring idea. Thx.

    My new to me bike...

Not to hijack my own thread, but I'll tell ya... The new 5.0L are an awesome all around car. Decent on fuel, lots of power and just a few visual mods and it looks bad-***. But I love Vettes too.

I sold the 87 last year and picked up a 12' GT vert. I'm not sure if you saw that on the other site or not.

Hwy 400 wheelies 3 riders arrested

Although there is a Criminal Code for flight from police, there is also a provincial HTA offence for this (below). And it's changed too from when I was a young driver. It used to be a 3 year suspension and no automatic jail time. Power of police officer to stop vehicle 216. (1) A police...

I called my local Honda guy, but he says it's 'discontinued'. If anyone has any contacts, please let me know.

Hwy 400 wheelies 3 riders arrested

Dangerous Driving isn't an HTA offence. It's a CC (Criminal Code of Canada) offence. As such, it can be laid anywhere, just like an Impaired charge. It doesn't matter gate, fence, etc.

Where to get this part (fuel hose)...?

I accidentally put some bad (really bad) fuel in my 86 Shadow 750. I ripped everything apart and sent the carb out to be cleaned. While putting things back together, some of the old hoses split. I replaced the main to aux tank vent hose no prob. But the main to aux tank fuel hose is a shaped...

    Carburetor - what's this hose?

Okay, here's an exploded view. I did some other research and I guess this is supposed to technically go into a charcoal canister, as per Cali emissions.

    Carburetor - what's this hose?

Ya, that's what I was guessing, but I didn't want to make that assumption without at least asking for advice.

    Carburetor - what's this hose?

Removed the carbs to have them cleaned after I put some bad fuel in the tank. Put everything back together but I don't recall if this hose went somewhere or it's just suppose to hang loose? It comes from between the two carbs via a kind of t-bone connector. You can see by the free end that it...

Quick question about licencing an older bike...

I plated the bike today. Just the regular paper work - bill of sale, UVIP, safety and the signed ownership. No appraisal required.

    Orangeville Area. Mechanic Needed

Another vote for West End. The owner, Joe, is a straight shooter. I just had my bike certified there. Very reasonable prices.

Quick question about licencing an older bike...

I suppose I will find out soon enough but I guess I'm just wondering if anyone here has changed an ownership of a bike older than 20 years into their name recently and was an appraisal required...?

Quick question about licencing an older bike...

I know if a car is over 20 years old, our fine friends at the MOT require an appraisal along with all the regular documents to switch over the ownership. Does a motorcycle over 20 years of age require an appraisal now too?
