    Pacific coast highway

    Like Moggs said. You can get fog and cold. We were in San Fran and rode to coast and was foggy and damp. Either way you ride will be nice. There are many nice roads to hit just off the PC Hwy so take the time to look at the area's.

    Later August is Ok for Colorado - and 21 days is more then enough time. ( It will all depend on how much you can ride each day) We did the West Coast around the first or second week of Sept and the weather was fine.

    The 2 area's just north of Parkersburg - Waynes Forest and on the other side of the 77 is another forest area with tons and tons of roads. I usually stay in Marrietta and ride each day from there. I will heading there again sometime this year. Was way to much fun.
