REV TV showed a Car race from Area 27 last night. And they do have lapping days for motorcycles. I doubt the Porsche track will do that.

The racing in Moto-E was pretty good this year.

Track layout appears to have several corners that would not be motorcycle friendly. And there doesn't seem to be a paddock area. Just houses and corporate building

It does depend on the track some what, but Saturday and Sunday at Lombardy the rain didn't stop anyone from riding and at the speeds you are going, crashing doesn't usually hurt the rider or the bike.
