Never said cheapest, just looking for a good place with a good price. ;)
I found the tires cheapest online. Bt023's including shipping and brokerage fees, $10 less than pete's price without shipping. Ebay! :)
I've got to get some new tires for my bike. Cheapest to get them online. Wondering if anyone can can recommend a good TO show that can install them? Looking for a good price.
Insurance co only needs the VIN, and they will require you to send a copy of the registration within x number of days.
My wife also just insured a car bought from a dealer. Had the insurance before the car was even paid for.
Queens Quay and reese. Where the radisson hotel is. There is a little street that goes behind it. There is a police station there and streek parking. Bikes are there all the time and I have parked there many times myself. On the street and on the curb.
I would report it to the police as a collision, then call your insurance company. My bike was knocked over by a car last year. The damage looked minimal but it was still almost 3 grand with labor to repair. As it was deemed a not at fault accident (as i wasn't even there), the insurance company...
The fastest one I've ever been to is the one downtown on Victoria Street at King St. There is never a line. I got there for everything and have never waited more then a minute there. I've been there about 15 times and only twice waited, all other times I was served right away.
However, when i...
That's a BIG risk you're taking there. As someone who stupidly got a ticket for driving with no insurance, I can tell you that it's not worth it for the miniscule amount of time it takes to do it the legit way. Especially if you had an accident. I had someone turn left in front of my 2 blocks...
Cant remember if I've posted this before. This is my VFR.
I've still got a fender eliminator to install as well as a rear hugger.. though I need a new exhaust before I can do the fender as the Ontario plate is to wide to fit between the stock cans.
I sat on the new cbr600 yesterday. First time I've sat on it. I couldn't believe how small it felt. It felt like i was sitting on a bike that was the same size as my old 250.
Re: Importing a used bike from uncooperative seller: how to avoid the 3 days wait?
If you were to just import a vehicle and not go through the export process in the US, could you go back at a later date and have them do it?
The sportster is pretty small as far as cruisers go. That being said, any new bike will take some getting used to. Give it a few days and you'll be good to go.
I moved up from a 250 ninja last year, a small little 300 lb bike. New ride was a VFR800. About 200 lbs more weight and a significant...
The street down by the police station is super safe as far as public streets go. There are Bikes parked there all the time 24/7 in the summer.. I've parked there many times myself.
