That's... Interesting. So "Collision" coverage should actually be called "Collision that you're deemed at fault for" coverage, is what you're essentially saying?
More or less what i've been doing if they ever ask. Except for online quotes, where i just say "0", since they're not binding. :D
There is no law that says you can't stop your vehicle in the middle of a road (given, as TD says above, you weren't intentionally trying to cause a crash). This may be for entirely spurious reasons - like "i saw a cat crossing the road and didn't want to hit it". And, given that you *did* hit...
F800r would be a good step up. It's very tractable if you keep the revs low, then goes nuts after 5k. Should keep you satisfied for a while. Comparable to an FZ8, though not quite as smooth. I like the snarlieness, myself.
So question: do you feel you've really explored the outer performance of the 600RR? Need more power through the corners? 'Cause really, a litre bike will take you quicker in a straight line, but they're about the same through the corners.
i don't think he rolled off the throttle until the slide was already happening - which only exacerbated it, of course.
Anyway. I think he pegged it. He's taking the corner too hot.
1 yes
2 yes, that's easiest. you can assign to someone, but it's a pain.
3 good gods, why would you want to? get some legal advice from a retained lawyer giving an opinion already.
i'm glad to hear a positive review of the M5's. it's what i'm planning to put on next year. the M3's after 11k are starting to show flatness, though i wouldn't call it "aquare" yet.
I've had the same experience. I think part of it is understanding the design of the suit - it's water *repellent* not water *proof*. Basically, it prevents moisture from soaking in - and relies on road wind to flip that off as soon as it hits. I've had the crotch issue because it puddled...
ninja 650r's are distinctly uncomfortable for anyone over 6'2". *any* sport bike is going to be uncomfortable - the ergonomics are just not there. i would honestly look into a sport/touring with it's more upright seating. or a cross like a gs650 or one of the ktm's. or the sv650 might do you...
Dude, did you parents have to "sell" you their car when they put you on their insurance?
2above has it right. Owner gets a quote with rider's name on it. Rider pays owner for privilege.
