I just went to Allstate and got quotes on a 2014 FZ-09, CB500X, and a FZ6R. The prices were really really good (FZ-09 for $1100/yr full coverage) and she said I didn't need to have car or home with them (though I will anyway--really cheap too).

Have you sat on them? I'd go for the X personally. More room, more upright, bigger tank, etc.

I don't really see what there is to fight. You could've gotten a ticket for not being in a designated spot, but instead got one for parking too long. I'd just suck it up and pay it personally.

I'm tempted by the CB500X, missed the local Honda demo days though. I think Yamaha is next week (IIRC), wouldn't mind trying the XT250 and FZ-07.

I use a floor bicycle pump from MEC.
