I found out my rear top case rack will be delayed and might not come by in time for an upcoming trip. I decided to make a temporary rack for a duffle bag out of 1/2" plywood. The idea was to keep it simple and lightweight.

It's a phone app called DMD2 which requires a subscription. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet as I only started using it this season. It has offline maps, ability to load GPX files and trip details as the screenshot shows. The layout is more glove friendly than google maps.
