Brakes are bled. Rolled it back and forth and the brakes work nice no leaks. Everything is torqued down to spec. Also put a zip tie on brake lever to get rid of micro bubbles.

Does this look right to you guys does it look like it has enough thread. I can't find install instructions online but anytime I've seen a video where two lines go to each caliper they put a washer in between the two lines and this is everything that came with the lines.
Please help...

I also got sport bike lines specifically for the SV and they're both labeled left and right and it comes with the longer banjo bolt for the master cylinder to accept two lines but each line goes to one caliper there's no split line

So there's four steel ones but the rebuild kit came with two copper ones. So one goes on either end of the banjo bolt on the brake line right?

The piston holes feel ok. They look rough but are actually smooth. Just staining. Lol I hope.
P.s. a sync the carbs lol. Amazon tools suck. The vacuum was leaking. The gauges were **** and the two in the middle only worked well.

Also can I use this grease on the sliders that are covered by the rubber boots. Or should I use the copper anti seize.

P.s. I forgot to take off the bleeder screw on the carbs after cleaning and once I took them off I had to reclean them big chunks of crystals in there.

Maybe it wasn't 39 secs lol. 10sec or something. So I had some motul rad cleaner and dump the whole thing in there ran bike for a while fan kicks on now and I am going to assume the thermostat is good too lol. To day I. Hoping to sync the carbs. Not sure if I can sync them with no air box on or...
Just took off the fan temp sensor. Hooked it up to the multimeter on continuity and setup leads then with a lighter heated up the sensor end and in about 30sec it went off. So the sensor is working maybe I'm just scared to leave the bike running for long enough for the fan to kick on.

So I used a wire to jump the fan with the key on and the fan works like a charm. I am wondering if coolent was a bit low and not at the level of the sensor. I will try again to day and let you guys know.

P.s. also because the trans hasn't moved in a bit the bike shifts but shakes a bit lol. Might have to pull plates and see what's up there.
