I was out today - reason was to top up and add stabilizer; at least that got me out of the house, I try to ride at least once each month in the winter, but now am prepared if snow comes. I'll take the Harley out tomorrow if it's sunny to top up and Stabilize.
I went out today from Pickering to Brooklin to Port Perry and return, heated vest on and heated grips; I was out about 20 minutes too long! The sun is really low and glaring today, that was the worst issue. The motor's liking that cold dense air.
I am looking to do a mild street tracker with my '77, but will have to plan carefully so it does not become all consuming and expensive. I have a complete stock '81 that is now surplus since I found the '77. I will probably get it certified in the spring and sell it.
