So this guy, with no proper training, takes a GSX-R 750 and a Ducati Diavel to the track, without proper gear, to "try riding out", and turns out to be scared out of his pants.
Way to advocate safe riding in the media.
Yup, that's probably me too. I often like to post, run to the kitchen to get my popcorn, come back to the computer and sit waiting for responses.
And yeah, what makes you think I'm in my 20s? I happen to be much older and just have good core and arm muscles. :P
Haha, it's not a complaint, just an observation. Plus it's fun reading the comments when I'm bored.
As for video I tend to believe that unless I'm a hot chick with a huge rack in a bikini I shouldn't be featured in an instructional video.
I see it all the time, but I could never understand it. Even on my CBR for a couple of hours in traffic or on highway I don't feel any fatigue keeping my hands on the handlebars.
Keeping one hand away from the handlebar just seems dangerous as it really inflates your reaction time... Why do...
Bikes go through a lot less year-to-year changes, and the 08-10 are basically the same model type. Like C-Note says, who knows what abuse the 11100km one has been through, since these 125s are beginner bikes.
Go with the lower mileage one, though it seems kinda suspicious that there's only...
One functional use of slip-ons is that carbon fiber cans often weight much less than stock cans, 7-10lbs in some cases.
But I admit vanity, I like the look of my Yoshi CF more than the stock one, and it sounds good.
To each his own, as to whether it's worth the cost or not.
Riding down to Duncan at Adelaide this morning I saw a row of bikes with one and a half space at the end, so I did the sensible thing and parked MY bike at the post to allow for one whole space left for the next guy.
Coming back to the bike at the end of the day, I find a <insert profanity> old...
There are probably newer ones, but this one came up first when I googled "600cc supersport stock dyno graph":

Going to add some of my experience with these jeans as well. Picked up a pair from Royal last week as I've been looking for something slightly protective to wear when not in my overpants. I liked the fact that Bull-It jeans don't have visible stitching on the front panels like other riding...
Just bought a pair of BullIt jeans from Royal. Was going to go with Sartso but apparently their slim style jeans got messed up in manufacturing and are on extended back order. Rider's Choice only have the standard straight cuts and they're hella loose fit, makes my *** look huge. :snorting...
Option 1, wait till tickets clear up
Option 2, stop riding, sell your bike
Option 3, pick up and move to BC where insurance scams the government instead of the people
I often see people open the driver side door at traffic lights to spit (nasty habit btw).
Imagine if you happen to be filtering through. BAM!! Same as trying to filter through the right at intersections and impatient cars that swerve out to turn right instead, etc.
I prefer to waste a few...
Wife doesn't mind that I ride, but not likely to pick up the sport herself, she enjoys driving my WRX STI instead. :)
She does want to try 2UP though, just ordered her a helmet.
Seems to be about the same as other years.
Interesting observation I have, though, is that every year there are plenty more bikes on the road in May than August and after... Right around the time when I see more "part-out/parts for sale" posts in the parts forum. ;)
