Absolutely not. I in fact never blamed them. It was 100% my own fault for not researching first. I learned my lesson, and now I tell my friends do go local as well.

I don't have the bill still as it was over a year ago. I believe they charged me about $50 each wheel, plus another $10 for each bag of beads for balancing, plus tax, etc..
