Hey Face,
My response wasn't from Nazz. I'm in contact with Janet Davis.
I went last year to city council when they were to reveiw this and I'll be there again. I don't think enough people are fighting this, and when it gets implemented they are all going to ***** and wine. I would love to see...
Wow Face - That is well put!!! I look forward to seeing a response.
I heard back from my councilor, doesn't seem to offer much though.
It appears that in permit parking areas, motorcycles will continue to have free parking. However, once the technology is developed to allow for pay-by-plate...
I just email my councillor. It would be great if all could do the same. I asked if this will go to Vote or if it's a no say issue. Last time I did go to City Hall when they were to talk about the issue.
I have to say - I was disappointed with the turn out. I'd say 20 peeps. If we get another...
Does anyone know if I need to pull the maxi fuse before I disconnect the battery. I have an alarm system on my bike and last year I didn't have a problem when I took the battery out but Oboy - when I put the battery back in it screamed at me. So I was thinking if I pulled the maxi fuse - that...
This week - I also may have been too close to the car ahead of me. All of a sudden two dead racoons! I just clipped the tail of one of em. Then backed off a bit. Later in the week - I was attacked by a plastic bag! lol dam thing landed on my pipes and all I could smell was the burning plastic...
I'm heading to the NIN Soundgarden show this weekend. Other then the Green P parking, is there any street parking I can rely on? I know they are doing construction across the way at the direct energy building so I'm thinking finding a little street would be best.
I started on a Honda Rebel - I loved it. It was great around town. I rode it for a year and sold it and bought my 883 sportster. Much heavier bike, I don't get blown around by the wind like on the honda. Go sit on some different bikes. See what feels good. Then get it - ride the hell out off it...
I love my sportster. I did put new shocks on this year - stock were crap! Insurace is good too, only about 800/year. As for longer rides, yeah I'm thinking of throwing on a gel seat for when I go out for longer rides. I have a solo seat on it, did rigid mount saddle bags and just had new rear...
Re: really? reallyyy?
Yeah I was bootin along the QEW this am, only about 95. I was impressed I made it to that speed with all the construction. Guy comes weaving in and out and lane splitting. Yeah - it looks fun, I think it would be a great rush. But I'm getting older and things hurt more now...
Hello,
I'm looking for any recommendations for my home reno. We are doing the reno with our neighbour as we are in a semi. A little bungalow that currently has a very small room upstairs with a little roof like ^. We want to take that off and put up new walls and truss roof. We have had two...
Sounds like a great way to celebrate your birthday. My father doesn't ride anymore but I sure have heard alot about his Norton Commando that he use to ride until someone stole it! If I thought his hands could grip the throttle I'd buy him one so enjoy your 23rd birthday (again) and (again)!!!
I haven't had a problem. I've been in the bumper to bumper crawl in 40+. I can sure feel the heat off my bike and sometimes worry but it's never chugged or crapped out on me. Mine is fuel injected, not sure if that matters.
