Ahh i see, yeah I would just like to get the fairings and the mirror. i dont care about the rest. but if i ask for them, can they be like no we wont give them to you?

If i get hit, and their insurance is paying the damages. does it go like this my insurance pays then gets the money back from them? also if they complete the work lets say i need new parts lik fairings and so forth, can i request the fairings that were damaged? or are they no longer my property.
