ohhhhh i see! lol .... so Johnny, what do you think is the best way to do this? i decided on a full system with power commander.... would you say that's the proper way?
I see...
but even without the auto-tune, if I install the full two brothers system and get the two brothers map from their website (which is available), I should be good to upload right?
no i totally get it now...
auto-tune from the PCV works great... get the right map and upload... not rocket science!
thanks for all your info guys...
the map will definitely not be 100% accurate but MUCH better than not adjusting at all! it does the job.
Hi,
pardon my ignorance but i need to know a few things about this...
i've been told if i install a full exhaust system for my bike WITHOUT the PCV, the engine will run too lean and hot and it will cause harm over time....

oh i KNOW! my girl loves cafe racers. it's her dream to have a cafe racer and a dirt bike.. she used to have a dirt bike LONGGGG time ago but now she is getting back into riding... can't wait to work on the RYCA kit for the s40! gonna be a fun project :) for now i think she will ride it stock...
she is a very small girl... 100 pounds or so...
we ARE planning to do some serious touring this summer... forget about comfort .. that doesn't matter for us.. as long as the bike will be able to handle long distances at least at 100 km/hr, that's all I care about.
I know about Ryca!!!... that's one of the reasons i chose this bike... but didn't mention it here cause it doesn't matter now... hahahhaa maybe maybe we will stick with the s40... the only thing i'm worried about is the bike not being able to handle highway :(
hi guys...
this is not for me but it's for my girlfriend... we are trying to choose a bike for her...
question really is CAN A SUZUKI S40 HANDLE HIGHWAY SPEEDS?
We need this bike to handle highway speeds... i don't want it to be screaming at 5th gear... reason i chose the Suzuki s40 for her...
i JUST got off the phone with CAA and renewed my membership and upgraded to PREMIER... for like 144 bucks a year...
that gives me up to 600 dollars cost of food and hotel if i'm stuck even outside of Canada in the U.S.... accident or breakdown they'll tow my bike as well... sounds like a god...
