I have a 2002 CBR F4i and its time for new tires. Any suggestions? My first time changing tires so I have no experience with any other tires. I'm not an overly aggressive rider, but I want the comfort of havinng decent grip.

I believe safety certification is a set price by the ministry. Same price everywhere. I could be wrong.

I just read the manual more carefully. It says to check chain slack while on the side stand. That is how I will do it. Thanks guys, great to hear all the different perspectives.

I've searched and haven't gotten a definitive answer to this question. Should a chain be adjusted while on a rear stand or while on a side stand (I don't have a center stand)?

Someone passed me this link: http://sharp.direct.gov.uk/ its a company that does helmet testing and rates them on a 5 star scale. You can get a 5 star rated helmet for cheap. The price difference would seem to be based on weight, comfort and ventilation.
