As im looking online for the ECM it looks like its just plug and play. Is it that easy to install?
Also i have a after market cluster. Vapor trail tech.
im going to try to trouble shoot tomorrow. if not that looks like my last bet.
Is it possible to fry the ECU from jump starting a bike with a running car even if the fuses are not blown?
thanks, great idea, i was just trying to get it fixed to sell to get a dirt bike, as im getting into biking off road. So im not sure what to do now if its worth even getting it fixed if i can't do it my self.
thanks, im still not sure what parts i need. When i figure that out ill let you know.
how should i go ahead and trouble shoot the issues to figure out what the problem is?
yes very committed thats why im trying to trouble shoot the issue and not spend $2500 to fix something that might not be that big of an issue.
yes i mean fire up sorry.
Also theres no petcock as its a fuel injected bike.
Im not sure what diagnostics the shop has done to verify its the ECM...

so i hope not to make this long but i will explain ever detail so you get a better understanding of what could be wrong.
I stored my bike over the winter (October) like usual except this time i put fuel stabilizer in it.
i tried to start it in March like usual the battery...
turned my bike into a street fighter so got rid of the full front fairing with gage cluster headlights mirrors everything. Its all one piece ready for mounting. Mint condition. Color is yellow.
