I had one like this, it was a 2010 cbr 600 for 2800, i emailed and asked to call. The lady said the bike was in the states, she was blind, and unable to talk. so this would all be done through ebay motors. I ask to see the bike i would fly down, she never responded.

you need to do a load test, with the muilti meter on it turn the bike over see what the voltage drops to. you can have great voltage but ****** cold cranking amps... she will start it up put jumper cables on it and boost it.
