lol, he talks cosmetics, not motor issues. mine didn't rust from inside the tank and i slam that pump in everytime. But I guess technically you're right. But the people that talk **** about the motor never owned one.
funny that you say that. That's a problem I've heard some people have, may have been with the older models, but mines a 2008 and not 1 spot of rust on it. And I leave it in the rain. My friends cbr 250 has rust all over the handle bars, his is a 2009. Guess it depends how you take care of it, or...
I have enjoyed all my bikes. Even the ones that put me through hell. I still plan to buy more bikes. All motorcycles have issues, but I have yet to see anyone on this post admit they had one and had anything to say negative about it. When I first started riding, I considered this bike as an...
well I had problems with start up many time numerous times on my ninja, cbr, r6. That's why i personally will never buy a carb motor again. FI all the way for me. But looks like most people on this forum love old school tech carb motorcycle. Each to their own I guess.
Depends what you're after. Performance the ninja 250 is definitely there, and a lot more mods available. However the big downfall IMO is the carb. I don't know why they kept it carbs in the newer model. In Europe they went FI.
If you downgrading from a 600 super sport, you will be more...
Fair enough. Carbs are not crap, but FI is way better. IMO. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But should be based on personal experience. I have yet to see someone say they owned a gt250r and say it was junk.
They told me they could order parts directly from manufacturer for me, when I got the package you can see it came from the HQ in Korea. The part I wanted was an upgraded part, they only had the standard parts. I wanted to increase top speed.
The he bike is not as bad as people have been...
the he dealer does stock parts, who said they didn't? Again haters loving to hate. I ordered parts from Korea through them, parts came in 1 business day. The part didn't fail, I wanted to upgrade the sprocket which they didn't have in stock.
Fyi, it's waaaay cheaper ordering parts from dealer...
Ninja is carb, old school tech. I highly recommend against carb motors unless you want nothing but problems. Get Fuel inject. Ninja 300, cbr 250/300 or the gt250/r
It's a good bike, parts are super cheap and comes in very quick from Korea. There is a motorcycle shop in richmondhill who is a dealer of them.
Don't listen to all those people who never owned one. I've owned both a ninja 250 and a gt250r
Fyi the bike is super reliable.
