Would anyone be able to recommend a shop that can do exhaust bending? Preferably near downtown Toronto or in Scarborough?
I have a pipe that requires a bit of bending to fit securely to the mounting brackets on the bike frame.
It is sticking outwards too much right now :(

That's a start! He has to fill up somehow either by bringing the bike to the station or have a friend go fill up a container.
Security cameras and CCTV might be able to spot them. Not sure how you would be able to obtain them.

How was the communication made between the seller and buyer/thief? Maybe the authorities can use that information to track him down.
Was the tank also full on gas? If not maybe the thief went to a nearby gas station to fill up too. Check cameras if...

I had similar incident earlier today.
I needed to turn left on the first street after an intersection (the street is fairing close to the intersection as well).
I signal to turn left as soon as a crossed the intersection (so so the cars behind me is aware and they can move to the right lane)...
Is the dude with the yellow flag suppose to wave his flag to inform riders there is a turn or uphill turn coming up?
I know obviously he was waving his flag to inform riders to slow down after the incident but prior before that I mean.
