is a stock GSXR600 (2006-2007) enough for a newbie for first 2 years, let's say 3-4 track days a year?
and what is the list of mods I'll have to do, in order of priority? (with rough estimates, if possible)
Thanks!
Just came from a test ride of a ZX6R.
My 2 cents, as a owner of a Z1000:
Pros:
Nice sound (when revved)
Good power (when revved)
Feels lighter (is lighter)
Cons:
Wrist pain (only a 15 min ride test)
Back pain (only a 15 min ride test)
Difficult to maneuver at low speed, in parking lots
Lack of...
My question is very similar to OP's, so I'll voice it here:
taking in consideration "KAHUNA OUT THE DOOR OFFER - Kawasaki ZX6 2011"

how reasonable would be to change...
I agree with pm127, being in right track makes you visible to those, who merge onto highway.
Still, you'll be less visible to those from the middle lane, - hate on ramps :)
Black (grey?) GSXR
Green/black jacket
Green-ish helmet
Jeans
Backpack
Saw you couple of times on 427 South, ramp to Gardiner,
today saw you on Strachan.
when I was doing the clutch on my bike, torque specifications were 15-20ft.lbs
the wrenches from CT are 50 to 250 Ft. Lbs.
so, where to buy good quality Torque Wrench?
I have an Icon tank bag, but I never carry my laptop in it - the magnets are very strong and accidentally can damage my laptop.
When I need to carry the laptop I use a backpack (not the perfect solution for hot summer days - the laptops straps cover shoulder ventilation on my jacket)
