new to track but a dumb question...what tires do i use. will not be racing the first year, but do i need slicks. i have metzler m5 on my road which the center is starting to wear. my put those on the track and buy new road. shinko has slicks on sale for $150 front and rear

Well after pissing around all summer. Jumped on a thrashed 2001 R6. Picked up cheap. Needs some work but that's what I wanted. Started ordering parts. Will try a d maximize stock parts till I gain some confidence out there. Looking to some insight and knowledge from GTAM.
