    Regions with reciprocity agreements, with Ontario

    I know a group of people who were caught doing 60 miles over the speed limit (115 in a 55) while riding in the state of NY. The tickets never made it to ontario. Actually they weren't paid either, needless to say those individuals don't go to NY anymore.
