What I ride is a little better than this but I've had no problems in fairly regular parking at my lot for the past 2.5 years. But I don't have an SS and my ride ain't new....
What bothers me is that about a year and a half ago they removed the fixed posts they had at the motorcycle parking...
I'm north of the city and will have pan am accred so assume I will be able to use the HOV lane if I choose to ride in. With the supposed increased enforcement however I can only imagine how many times I'd get stopped. For me it's a ride in with potential constant hassle or look at the GO...
I'm thinking the exact same thing. The new model looks like a nice little bump up from the '08 while not hitting the wallet too hard.
If anyone can report on how much is tacked on above base cost, that would be great.
The CBR 300's are soon to be out as well though right? Tempting.....
Sometimes the process just seems like an institutionalized factory process I guess......good luck at the trial and you never know what will happen (officer not showing etc.) and at the end of the day THEY may not want to proceed if they see you are prepared and well spoken and not...
In preparing for my court date a few years back recall stumbling across info that prosecutors (at least traffic court ones) do not need to be lawyers.
Basically they are just civil servants who took a few week long ministry course (backgrounds may or may not be law related) who enjoy power...
Grease points lubed?!? :confused5:
Where exactly and what kind of lube?
I know there's some solid innuendo here, but ON A BIKE, what are we talking about?!
If you haven't replied to the ticket already my experience with something similar is that I got a fail to produce insurance about 1.5 years ago (I had like 5 previous slips, not a current one), brought the ticket into the city's court office and selected 'meet with prosecutor' (or to that...
Thanks, I'll have a look for paddle stands. Any links you may have could also be helpful.
I had a peek at this motorcycle jack (50% off this week at CT) http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/4/Auto/AutoTools/LiftingEquipment/PRD~0091015P/MotoMaster+Motorcycle+Jack%2C+1500+lbs.jsp?locale=en but...
First season riding and my commute is less than 10 mins so I'm still hanging in there. I'm hoping to keep using the bike for at least a few more weeks. I've got the riding bug now, and I'm not sure how I'll deal and get through the winter! Therapy perhaps :p
I've got a CBR 125 also and this is my first winter with it. Where did you get stands for the bike? I've looked around and my sense is that most are too big for the bike and require spools (which the bike does not have attachments for). Just curious...
Thanks!
At the Aurora location I went to in late July, I got there at 8:40, did the tests, and was out of there at about 11am. Most people in line were 16-17 year olds so now that school's back in I'd think you would be able to get in and out in decent time. The written M1 test takes a little longer...
I'm a new rider, and daily GO train commuter. I've been taking my bike to the station for the past month and there are usually a couple of motorcycles\scooters at my station and at most stops on my line.
I do lug my helmet and jacket back and forth.
So far, its been all good for me but the...
