Anyone try this place yet? They don't seem to far from me, being that I live in Burlington. I'm going riding friday or saturday, I want to go to Ganny but maybe I'll try this place, anyone down?
I was there yesterday as well. After about 5 trips you really start to know your way around. I don't bring a map at all. I did get lost for about 30 mins or so though. Was all around the single track by W65 wasn't sure where I was but knew I was far from P2. As long as you kinda know where E108...
KTM's I'm general command a higher resale value especially those exc and xc's. As far as maintenance goes, depending how you ride depends on maintenance. In my opinion you could go 2 seasons without cracking open that top end at all. Just save it for a winter project at the end of the 2nd...
I should add to this. The better quality bike is the yamaha. Looks are preferential but yah the yamaha is newer and sexier. I think the drz400SM would be the better and probably more fun entry level bike in this category. People have raced these things, but a converted 450mx to SM will always be...
From my experiences the drz seems to be the faster bike. I've owned both and upgraded both as much as is realistically possible. From my experience I had the drz up to 170 km/hr on 401 that was absolute top speed. When I owned the wr250r it's top was slightly less. The only problem is I never...
The suzuki is the overall faster bike. Probably better for supermodel. Check out Eddie Sisinero in Colorado, he can turn a 30hp drz400 into a 60hp fire breathing monster.
I have a pair of tech 5's. I like these Forma boots I bought better for riding at the Ganny. Way more water proof. They feel like they offer same protection. Easier to walk around in.
Yah you guys have confirmed what I suspected, Ganny is the better bang for the buck even at $175 this year. I might do both because I have 2 cottages lined up this year that I will be visiting, 1 in Bala and the other in Thunder Beach. Thunder Beach being pretty close to some trails I saw.
P2 has a berm that I've used to unload a grizzly 700 before, you could easily unload a bike on it. That being said guys kinda like to park in and around the berm. In my opinion if you were to use it and leave your vehicle parked there it would be a bit selfish because space is limited and guys...
I just want to gauge a response from people here to see what you guys think. Last year was my first year with a Ganaraska membership and I enjoyed it very much. Since I'm from Burlington I'm wondering which area I would get more of my monies worth of riding. Ganaraska is a solid 1 hr 30 mins...
This shop seems really neat. I've bought some tshirts from him. I think its a one owner / operator shop. The guys name is Mike. I hope it lasts a while considering how hard the GTA can be on motorcycle shops.

I couldn't find a part on the website where they talk about rentals but the calendar says rentals on Sunday's so I'm a bit confused I'm sure a phone call can clear it up.
