The track will be pretty tight but your hyper will be fine. Dirt will be pretty mellow. Depending how busy it is and if we can layuot a good bypass you could skip the dirt.
As for fees - practice membership is $40 and the day track fee will be $40. first day =$ 80 and all others = $40.
You dont have to get 17's to try supermoto. All you really have to do is swap out the knobby tires to a dual sport or street tire, catch cans and sliders. Try like that and if you want to pursue it then step up to the 17's
Here's a video I did for the club a while ago outlining the process...
A 2 stroke will work perfectly fine for supermoto. I started racing supermoto with my ktm 250 exc. I had a ton of fun with my 2 stroke. It turned and stopped real quick since it was light. All I did was buy a set of 17" wheels, a 320mm front rotor & relcation bracket and the necessary tech...

I'll keep you posted.
This is the chain guide I posted. Its from a guy in the UK who machines them. I think it was $40 or $50 shipped. you have to drill and tap 2 holes in the swing arm to mount it. It might be worth signing up for the supermotojunkie forum. tons of good info on there...
Possibly, drumbo would be a lot of work for only 3 events. We are in talks with existing tracks that would be better for everyone and should have an answer shortly.
Good stuff. Glad to hear you plan to set it up for supermoto too. Check out the supermoto ontario club website for track days http://www.supermotoontario.com

You don't need to buy wheels for the sportsman setup.
If you are buying a bike specifically for supermoto a pre built bike is the way to go - most cost effective
If you want a dirt bike to ride offroad and try some supermoto buy something that is a good deal and set it up sportsman style for...
motomike - Prices will be considerably less than $100/day at our events in Drumbo.
Prices aren't finalized but the membership is looking around $40-50 for the year and the single practice day fee would be around $40 too but don't quote those prices as they arent finalized. We want to keep...
