What's the fun watching movies like that, either in car or bike, wouldn't you guys rather sit on a comfy chair with air conditioning, and watch it in cinema!? Who would want the sound coming from fm!?

HTA 172 - Actions that can result in charge

</ducks>You are overthinking... just ride with common sense. The law applies to both cars and bikes, if you drive a car already you should know very well.

    First Attendance Representation

If you would like to deal with the tickets separately, ie. first attendance meeting for the insurance, and trial for the speeding Yes you can do that. Just file two notice to appear in court forms separately, with one indicating you would like to meet with the prosecutor, you will then show up...

A loud pop followed by burning smell after I ignited my motorcycle?

Generally when you twist the throttle open while attempting to start a bike, you are letting more fuel into the mixture. If you need to do this in order to start a bike, there is not enough air generally speaking.

Quebec Trial - Car Stops to help ducks, Motorcycle hits car (fatality)

This would be dramatic:cool: I agree, there's no right or wrong here, only depends on how you think. There will always be both sides defending for themselves. Even after the judge has ruled, some will still unhappy. There's no choice for us who are living in this city, we have to stick with law...

    2014 Demo Days

I hate to say this, but I was successfully booked into riding RC8 and S1000RR recently, they were booked 1-2 months ahead, as I knew they were hot bikes. But I had to cancel it at last minute due my own work schedule, anyone got my slot? Oakville BMW 10:30 Apex KTM 1:00

10 mph ticket in NY State - reported back to Ontario

Interesting, and the state has no problem with that the county is getting all the money? What we can see here is evidence of traffic tickets are just purely cash grab.

    Anyone get paid to ride?

Interesting, your company pays you 10L/100km, I'd say is a loss for someone driving instead of riding. Excluding the 'honest' 407 cost of course lol.

Fighting a parking ticket (maybe an odd situation)

That really sucks, they usually drop it to $15 if you plead guilty, but you will need evidence to prove that someone else have moved your bike if you plead not guilty. I understand it is unfair and a principle to you, but effectively it is a $15 you are trying to fight though. Good luck.

Quebec Trial - Car Stops to help ducks, Motorcycle hits car (fatality)

I agree with you. We as riders need to be aware of hazardous situations constantly, and always be prepared for it by riding defensively. Ultimately it is our loss in a collision. I like your great examples, what if the car were to stop for any other reasons? The judge may change the perspective...

Quebec Trial - Car Stops to help ducks, Motorcycle hits car (fatality)

It is quite right, 115km/h or even 130km/h is not unreasonable on a Sunday with nice weather. The limit should be at least 110km/h IMO for it to be reasonable, it is a shame that they use it as a legal defense. Statistically the average speed is 120km/h on the highways... (told by an OPP officer...

Quebec Trial - Car Stops to help ducks, Motorcycle hits car (fatality)

Some women (mostly) and men, have no sense of their surroundings, they don't sense the consequences to other drivers because of their actions.

I am unclear on the M1 60 days minimum requirement

Personally don't find the need to take course for M2 exit(getting full M). The grading sheet from MTO is posted on this forum, knows what will get your points deducted. It's the easiest road test of all. It's really hard to not pass! No need to waste money on the riding course, just because...
