The rider is such an idiot... Sure I hate when people block intersections too, but gunning it through a gap in the cars isn't going to help.
If the rider stayed alert & had enough common sense to go through the car filled intersection slower, he would have gotten to his destination a lot faster.
It has more to do with the wheelbase and weight distribution, not the fact that it is a 3 wheeler.
For instance, you can rip around corners as fast enough that the tires will lose traction before you're in any danger of flipping.
Although most 3-wheel designs are shiet...
When I was 19 (license since 16th birthday, clean record) on a ninja 250 my best rate was a little bit under $3500. At the bare minimum add $1500 if you're 21, any younger and I'd say realistically add $2500-$10000+ depending on license level, age, and previous record. I am not joking about the...
Yeah it's very rare that you'll find somewhere else matching Pete's prices in Canada, but for some people the convenience factor of going to a shop is worth the extra cost. I don't have access to tire mounting/balancing tools, so after shipping cost and renting a uhaul trailer to bring my bike...
Speedworx in Markham always has good prices and you can get them installed there.

I'd rather not deal with shipping and bringing the tires...
The Street Triple is basically a Daytona with a handle bar and no fairings, so you aren't really missing out on anything. Riding upright is just as fun (if not more fun), but it's really personal preference so try to test ride a Daytona and a Striple (get insurance quotes too) before you pull...
+1 for Gerbing heated gear if you have the $$$
Gerbing stuff shouldn't be hard to find locally, and it's some of the best (if not the best) heated motorcycle gear. I do just fine with my heated grips and regular gloves, but I've been thinking of getting a pair of inexpensive insulated riding...
I never thought helmets like these would catch on, but damn...
Now (if the advertisement representative of what the helmet is actually like to use) I can't wait until this stuff is widely available for a decent price.
I wonder how long it will take to recoup the cost of implementation...
Not to mention the increase in cars on the road and decrease in new riders, so now there will be more traffic and fewer parking spaces downtown. What a great idea :lmao:
You seem to be forgetting it's the special edition, so it must be a very rare bike which explains why the value has appreciated over 30% after only a few months off the showroom floor.
This bike should obviously be in The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread :evil3:
Also...
My last bike was a DRZ400SM, here's what you should know:
-Great city/commuter bike
-Way better fuel economy than a 600ss
-The suspension will make you forget potholes and speedbumps even exist
-Fun and maneuverable at low speed
-Narrow, so it's good for filtering up at stoplights (if you do...
