Just a quick update for anyone who cares lol. I've now thrown my 3rd coat of Tremclad on my superbike tail. I've been wet sanding between every coat, and couldn't be happier with the results. I'm surprised how quick the process is. 5 mins of sanding and 5 mins of painting for each coat...

That first video really shows how horrible the surface is at Shannonville LOL, everytime I show a video of Shanny to an American down south they ***** themselves hahaha, they think we're crazy riding on a track where grass is growing out of the cracks! Great videos!

HAHAHAHA we're trying to watch our weight... Again, like the neck brace... sponsors demand results... an extra 5lbs of "cake weight" isn't an option.

Here's the thing... I'm not willing to sacrafic that kind of top speed... but I'm a top level racer, with big sponsors expecting BIG results from me... I need that xtra speed to inch out the competition, so for me this isn't the best fit... but for the rest of you slo-pokes I think it's a great...

I actually have the gloss yellow, and gloss dark blue, oh and gloss white already ;)

This is just getting me excited to do mine! I have all the materials, just need to find the time to get the job done. LOOKS GOOD MAN!

OUTSTANDING job on that upper! I'm extremely impressed... I am going to do mine with Tremclad as well. I was at Lowes today and saw the Tremclad, they had regular finish, and glossy. Just white, black, yellow, red.... Oh and 2 blues. Do you think they can tint white to match my fuel tank...

That looks pretty good What are you using to apply the paint? Foam roller? Are you getting little "divots" from the contours of the roller... That need to be sanded out? How many coats do you feel it would require? So you can or cannot put a clear over the tremclad? The reason I ask is...
