I was there last on July 5th and it was actually in very good shape for an Ontario back road. Sure there was a little bit of sand in a few turns but you just have to be careful and not fly like a moron into blind corners.

Exactly, when you filter you end up sharing the lane with the car at the front. Then as soon as the light turns green you go and being on a motorcycle you accelerate much fast then the cars. This way you are not causing any congestion or slowing anyone elses commute.
I try to avoid it as I had people try to block me with their car, come and and try to fight, swear at me from their window.. etc. Sometimes though if I am in a hurry or its very hot and I am wearing gear... lanes start to blur
