hooked the bike up to the car for a charge...and voila...it turned over. the battery needs to be replaced...thanks for the help!!!!

as johnscruiser stated, the multimeter i got was useless. dangit! thanks by the way! but i put the battery back into the bike, and tried to start it...it came close, but not enough. after a couple tries the headlight went in and out, and only the N and gas light came on... i think its got to...

PA didnt have the one you recommended, crap...its ok...new toy to play with. still had the battery back on tender overnight will measure afterwork....hopefully will get to ride soon....

bought this from PA http://www.princessauto.com/pal/en/Electrical/Digital-Clamp-Multimeter/0700250.p will give it a go soon...but had to put the battery back on the battery tender to recharge a bit

pretty sure that the battery may be it. will bring it down to cycleworld/snow city to get it done. does autoparts do load test?
