^ terribly loud on tarmac but amazing on any off-road terrain. Traction is so good I had to learn to ease off the throttle in almost any slippery occasion as I was wheeling and crashing in 2ft deep puddles, up muddy hills and other otherwise poor traction spots.... These things just grip.

Looking for a shop that could do a "standard telescopic to USD Fork conversion" on an older BMW F800s/st. There isn't any blueprints or examples of this exact 'swap' on the net so identifying most reasonable donor bike, custom trippe and other 'ingenuity' would be required. Any suggestions...
