@griff2 why are you ignoring the #1 problem with lower speed limits to 30km/h?

Statue of Limitation for Highway Traffic Act charges is 6 months. So he can appear at your door with a summons within that time.

There are quite a few drivers that enter the intersection against a red light in anticipation for a green. They see cross-traffic is now facing a yellow, and those familiar with the intersection know it's just a matter of seconds before they see a green.
