I have the same problem that I've been trying to diagnose for 2 years... if you find a solution let me know lol. I've heard dozens of theories as to why it could be this way. I wouldn't guess TPS though that wouldn't do that. This is an ignition issue. I thought it was filthy carbs so I took...
Bought used, and I never personally used them. They have some minor damage but structurally they're fine. Not planning on putting this bike to the track anytime soon so I'd like to clear some space. I think they're squidskins but haven't confirmed, they're good quality fairings.

I rode my zx6r in my garage underground parking lot (it was one level so there wasnt much traffic, if any at all) a few times before I got comfy enough to ride on the road. Then I just did it... you need to make sure you're confident. If you're scared, don't ride. Nervous is ok as long as...
Are you implying that they visually dont retract or that they keep the wheel locked. The pads detract once the wheel rotates, the rotor knocks them back.
I wouldnt worry about either issue. Could be scratched by a wall or something, and even if it was dropped its usually not a big deal as long as the frame is fine. I bought my bike with cracked fairings all around, just visual damage from drops.
Im not saying a chain wont help deter, but you can't come on the forum and start calling people that live in condos retards when their bikes get stolen... And you can't make it seem that having a chain will stop theft. Most of us in condos also have nowhere to chain it to so having a chain...
lol, well obviously they're going to take the easier one to steal that's like saying 'locking your car prevents car thefts'... it just makes it more difficult.
Some of us who live in condos dont have the option to wrap a chain around anything, and I don't appreciate you calling me a retard for...
I really don't see the issue with this... if you're not turning right you're just allowing someone to go through while you're at the stop sign.. no danger here.
It's similar to being in the right lane of a main road at the stop sign and you pull forward to let the guy behind you turn right...
Re: Why the fuc* insurance is so expensive?
There are not only more motorcyclists, there are more people... Population of cali is almost (if not actually) more than all of canada. Fun fact
You are contradicting yourself... you just said in your previous post that the B plan and A plan give you different rates based on whether or not you bring your car over, which is what I've done with them... which is a multi-line discount.
Does anyone have experience using the Icon Overlord textile overpants with wool dress pants during the summer? Or any other type of overpants? I'm debating whether I should get overpants for the commute or just change when I get to work :S. Does it wrinkle your pants or get really sweaty?
I'm just relaying what I was told by the insurance companies. They say it's illegal to own a plated uninsured bike even if parked in my garage. They almost went as far as not wanting to insure me because they say it was an illegal act. Sounds as stupid to me as it does to you, but apparently...
This is ironic cause SF was giving me trouble due to having a plated uninsured bike sitting for a year.. which is apparently illegal :S. If you DO let it sit uninsured, you are required to return the plates to the ministry. Just a tip in case you plan on re-insuring it later.
