Never? At track days where its 25+ and sunny i'll generally run the warmers before the first session and not bother for the rest of the day. Takes me about 1 lap to get up to a temperature that i feel comfortable pushing, and i'm not fast enough to notice any difference. I might just have to buy...

I don't know if I would call the other guy an idiot. If it were the second lap It'd be different, but generally right off the start through corner 1 its good to hold your line, not drift down the track.

Isn't the real question that if the op is still learning how to ride why are they buying a bazzaz and putting tc on the bike? If you don't understand where the limits of traction are traction control will just be mega confusing. TC makes you slow, the fast guys use it as an aid when playing...
