I got quoted from Primmum for 1800/yr with basic coverage last September. 19, M/G2 lisence, course deduction, no tickets, DRZ400SM, and got my renewal after the winter and is 1600 now. I was getting 2200$/yr quotes from Jevco and all other insurers except SF, they wouldn't even give me a quote...

I know what your saying, and appreciate the concern about the open street thing. Anyways, running stock gearing and that was popping it up in first. I find it hard to do wheelies in the dirt running street tyres they just spin out and nothing happens, if you are reffering to wheeling in the dirt...

Riding 3rd gear wheelies in parking lots comes to an end pretty ****in fast, there was NO ONE in view at ALL on the 1.5 KM stretch of country road, and I had the rear brake covered but I reacted too late waiting for the lisence plate to scrape the ground. :)

On the Contour 1080 i crashed and had it break off its mount twice hanging by the leash, HARD crashes driving the camera into the ground. I also raced for another 4 minutes or so before having an opportunity to snap it back into place. Must have been a strange fall.

Ok, I cannot comment on the ContourROAM's quality, nor can I comment on an original Gopro's OR the Gopro's 2 quality as I have never seen a non Youtube video of EITHER of them. BUT I can say, that to an average camera person, who is just looking at it for the sake of watching it, every modern...
