Riding is fun, I don't get bored ever. I take the long way to get to everywhere almost any chance I get. If you are intentionally taking the long way, clearly something is fun! :P

Rode to and from Montreal twice on my early 90s KLR 250. Would do about 105kmh at like 7/ 7.5K. Cam chains got pretty worn after about 40 000K.

I have done a lot of winter riding, even on my DRZ and KLR I made it out unscathed. Honestly it was a miracle, just don't do it and holdout.

Re: Loud exuasts Run a Yoshimura RS-2 full pipe with no silencer, not sure if it is gutted, but it probably reaches 100+ decibels. Never has a cop pulled me over. For a loud pipe that is.
