It will get more that enough grip to twist the stud off again if it doesn't move, so be careful ...
I doubt it makes much diffrence as long as it is not exposed to excess heat, doesnt hit anything, you can access any adjustments and the hose is not kinked .
rtv silcone sealant is the least hassel . I use it on every bolt I take out that not critical ... critical stuff I use one of the loctites . .. I have never had an issue getting red loctite off without heat , even on small fasteners, but usually use blue.
