Couldn't find a spot to mount O2 sensor for AutoTune, crazy solution :)

Im curious if it is hot enough there to keep the sensor hot enough , without drawing current from the battery all the time. Pretty sure they draw current to heat till the exhaust gets them up to temp ?

Groaning noise from front after lowside

I have in the past been able to get a slightly bent rotor back within tolerance , using a dial guage and a big adjustable to carefully tweak it back , a little at a time . Did this a couple times back in the day when i had more time then money to work with.

If your turning it the right way, you may need a a better quality or better fitting wrench, vvise grips wil make it look like hell if it doesn't destroy the nut. A line wrench , that is like a box end with a slot cut in it might be your best bet. On b my KTM one the mirrors is a left...

    How much for welding gear?

If you going to get a mig, plan on spending the money on a gas bottle and regulator. There is hell of a lot less smoke and i imagine less toxic fumes then with flux core. I think you can get 180 amp mig at cdn tire for about 1200 bucks. I have an older 170 amp lincolne mig and it's...

    ABS sheets, Delrin rods

I beleive Acetate is the generic delrin. Delrin/acetate machines is usually harder and machines much better then UHMW. UHMW is 'self lubricating' and cheaper then delrin. Central Plastic in cambridge will sell small quanities.

    rock jammed in muffler body

I bet if you warm up that pipe a bit , the rock will get loose as the metal expands . It most likely falls a little farther in while the pipe is warm then get real tight as the pipe shrinks as it cools ! Other idea would be to use and air chishel to break up the rock.

Can anyone recommend an honest mechanic who works with kawasaki ninjas?

I would expect them to cover the labour as well ! . When I had a rim replaced on my cbr1100 for flaking paint there was no charge , but that was Honda and it was 9 years ago.

    Plastic airbox nut spinning

I really like jb weld or jb kwik for that kind of stuff. It really seems to work better then any thing else easily available. I seem to remmeber pulling the insert out , roughing up the hole , then gluing it back in with jb weld. Herb
