Why is that a down grade, agv makes good helmets, I currently own one, and I find it just as good if not better than my previous shoei and arai helmets.

It might, when I went there they asked me how long was since in noticed it was gone, can’t remember now for sure but I think they put a note in the computer... but not 100% sure, was a year ago

It happened to me last summer, somehow screws came loose, didn’t realize it until a couple of days later. All I had to do is go to the ministry and report it lost, and got a new plate... once you report it, it will be on file in their system so anyone finds it or uses it you’re off the hook.

I do not remember if it was code 62 to be honest, as this was a few years back. The thing with the k&n filters when they are new I find that they have way to much oil on them... also once you’re in there cleaning the bodies it’s a good time to check the hoses

Similar issue that I had on my 06 zx6, synching the throttle bodies and cleaning them , solved the issue... Because of the k&n air filter, oil from it got to the throttle body valves along with some dirt making them stick open sometimes, and also had a small vacuum leak from a cracked hose, all...

I am fixing the crack and keeping it as a spare, have a new cover coming.. The stator is bolted onto the cover so either way as to be removed

Well I do have another problem now, as I’m waiting for the part to arrive, I started taking it apart to see if I can get this one fixed and keep as a spare... but when I was trying to take the stator out I stripped one of the bolts, for some reason they where extremely tight almost impossible to...

I totally agree with you, but would be nice to see some common parts in stock especially when they’re fitted on different models, a stator cover is a very common item, even when reading through forums etc.. lots of bike get tipped over and that’s usually one of the first things to get damaged...

If it is being cost effective is the reason it takes longer, than it’s finished. I never said it’s completely unreasonable, just it bothered me a bit knowing that apparently the warehouse is in Ontario, I haven’t had to deal with a dealer in a few years so I guess things changed a bit... When...

Thanks everyone for all the suggestions and help, but after having no luck anywhere, I just ended up getting one from Kawasaki dealer... A little pricey @ $174.99, only thing that bothers me a bit is that it will take 4-5 business days to get the part... since they don’t keep most parts in store...

Exactly, it’s a common item and especially being a pretty popular bike... the funny thing is they all have the gasket in stock for some reason

This wasn’t about saving money, was just trying to find a faster solution... I did end up ordering from the dealer at this point, only down side it takes 4-5 business days to get the part... not extremely long but would have been nicer to have it fixed sooner.
