Rode it this past Wednesday. South to North. Its clean and free of sand except one ajoining contruction road near the top end. The leaves are just beginning to fall and as mentioned in another thread it can become quite slippery (leaves) later in the Fall.

I would say its "tar and chip" now. Nothing indicates any further construction. The original tender stated "Type of Work: Grading, drainage and granular base" Honey Harbour Road which leads directly to South Bay Road has been resurfaced recently and is very good.

Much better now. Rode it today. The gravel has been ground in and pretty much disappeared. Stay in the left track, watch for oncoming traffic, and obey the "Brake for Snakes" signs !!

Unless you want to get into this type of discussion with your tester I would suggest disabling the blinker for your test. Turn it back on later.
