Honestly, there is so many YouTube videos and write-ups online that you could probably do it yourself with the help of a friend. Also dave moss has alot of vids on YouTube showing this and they are easy to understand.

Brian is correct here, my bike will not start without choke plunger being pulled. Looking into my carbs that portion is basically small holes that let more fuel in when the plunger is pulled. As far as changing the clip, it doesn't come into play as much until you start rolling on around 1/3...
