Just wanted to hear your opinions on clipping one or two coils off the slide springs.

Yes Rob, correct. Its a "208". Information can be put in quickly by using a drop down menu for a generic stop and warn. Its available in real time 5 min later once entered for example. The entire history including cautions is on there.
Funny, last night downtown I saw a guy riding in a group with his helmet around his head. ie. He was wearing it but just sitting on top of his head, the bottom of the helmet was around his ears and front around his forehead area haha.
Your pilot jets are getting gummed up/clogged or it running too rich. Does it get worse as the bike gets warm? Ie. Is it worse after 30 min of riding than say 5 min of riding?
It is possible that after a few years the pilot mixture screws have turned out a little bit due to constant vibration.
Try calling winners circle in Markham. They have tons of stuff for FCR's. Im quite sure there is a spacer made for this type of application.

You don't mention if it turns over or not. You also don't mention if its stock ECU or PowerC.
If its not cranking, its probably the starter.
If it cranks when hot but doesn't start its probably the temp sensors in the rad or block. Not sure where it is on these bikes.

Looks like they could have possibly forgot a spacer or got a bearing dirty and it seized, causing it to chew itself appart. Only way to know is take it apart and inspect. Inform them of the problem and they should make good on it. If not, BBB and then small claims.

Na didn't mess it up. The previous owner somehow stripped the tiny pilot air jet at the front of the bell-mouth so I am trying to find a small enough ,1/16th left hand drill bit. I have a 5/64 regular drill bit with ex1 extractor but it wont leave me with too much material left in...
