Just completed Stage 3 at racer5 this weekend and had a great time. Met some amazing track mates and great sessions with the instructors. The weather wasn't the worst.... but it was far from the best (rained).... Having said that, the temperatures were totally comfortable and there was plenty of opportunity to track.
They have women's day (open to all) and then endurance race (open to alumni) in September and although I cannot make it; the pricing is pretty awesome and you get a ton of track time (I hear).
For those that missed Stage 1 this season, I highly recommend it for next season if finances allow. It doesn't mean that you need to race (I will never race); but it does mean that you can have fun learning new skills.
Racer5 is VERY beginner friendly. NOT intimidating at all and basically... just show up...
