I'm the first owner but I replaced the odometer so I have no idea how far the bike has gone so I picked 1000 km? Ummm? Wtaf. If you are the first owner and truly had less than 1000 km on it before you had a big crash in it, you would know almost exact mileage. Shifty af.

Is he doing 140+ in a 50kph zone? I couldn't read the speed limit signs.

Could he be ticketed on the basis of this video and his listing alone? Assuming he didn't post it someplace claiming to be the rider?

I think combined with some light detective work it would be enough for a careless charge
