There are a few YouTube videos where the poster shows the less glamorous sales, sales under $10K, under $15K, under $20K.
Obviously one doesn't get into the Duesenberg club but 1960s and 1970s Rolls Royces are cheaper than a new Hyundai. Just hope nothing breaks.
There's lots of stuff if you're OK with survivor Camaros to drive to the local show and shines. Just don't expect the trophy.

And all those older cars will last longer than anything new because of simplicity of design, domestic hand built manufacturing, and higher quality domestic inputs. Steel isn’t just steel - there’s high quality steel made from high quality ore, under strict standards, by skilled trades, and there’s ****** steel, made with garbage-y ore, made in factories with dubious standards, by whoever will work for the lowest wage and will wear a hard hat…
