What's the cost for "Ignore (Sub)Forum" (and if possible "Ignore Thread" as well)

Even with the hack from @Lightcycle to mark the Politics Paddock forum as read until a certain date, you still see topics under "What's New", even though they're not highlighted as unread. I'm here for local motorcycling content which makes me want to ride/wrench, not politics which makes be feel the opposite. Considering the hack being a sticky, surely there's enough interest in paying for the option. How much is it, maybe we can start a donation drive?

The cost is not the issue. When I reviewed the add on feature there were very bad reviews from other forum owners. So, until they make it better its not something we want to add right now

Sorry to keep pushing, but is this the add-on you're referring to? Seems the only problem is with the latest release, and I see from the comments people were able to go back to the previous release to get it working again. I think the functionality outweighs the bugs, and I'd be happy with a a disclaimer that the feature is either unsupported or only supported on a best-effort basis.
