I've got many years and km on my TourMaster mesh summer gloves and they aren't falling apart.

Getting some riding in after dire health scare. Feel much more protected with the new gloves only issue is feel is slippery on current Grip Buddies - suspect need lots more saddle time for break in. Sort of got my McGuiver throttle lock working with them.
The return spring on CB500F is overactive so that is useful. Might look into a weaker return spring.
Might try going to stock grips as GBs easy to remove and these gloves are much thicker. So far no issue with my knuckles, the pre-curve is very comfortable but then limited riding time so far. Maybe get a long ride on the weekend....fiddle with the grips today.

Regarding the strong return spring, consider a Cramp Buster. It's worked great on my Monster which has the same issue ... no longer getting a sore right hand.

"Those look more like bicycle gloves than motorcycle. Adri"

Yes, that was the entire point.

Those are the "ICON Pursuits" from Ali Express.

When they arrived from Ali Express they looked identical to the two other pairs of ICON Pursuits I owned and purchased from the dealer. They felt different to the touch though, but if you didn't previously own ICON Pursuits you wouldn't know it felt different because it looked perfect.

Shame the ones from Ali Express didn't age like the ones I purchased from the dealer. Bicycle gloves from Ali Express indeed.

I have to side with @adri on skepticism about AliExpress carrying authentic RevIt. SKEPTICISM. If I ordered those gloves from them, the first thing I'd be doing is heading to a local shop and comparing while the return window is still open. Hopefully all is good, and they really are overstock from a Chinese factory, but does anyone know if those gloves are even made in China?

I agree that they are likely knock-offs for all the reasons cited, but at the end of the day, Mac Doc is happy with them, so that’s all that matters!

Yup and so far so good.
Yes, some REV'IT! gloves are made in China. While REV'IT! is a Dutch brand with headquarters in the Netherlands, they source their manufacturing from various locations, including China
Global Manufacturing:
REV'IT! utilizes a global supply chain, including production facilities in China, to manufacture their motorcycle gear, including gloves.
  • Quality Control:
Despite manufacturing in multiple locations, REV'IT! maintains strict quality control standards across all their products.
You have a return window - make up your own mind rather than speculating. :coffee:
