I also tested Yamaha Supertenere, Vstrom-1000, Honda Varadero, Kawasaki Versys 1000.
As for "Africa":
- not so smooth in driving as Versys
- engine vibration is worse than in Vistrom.
- not so fast as Versys
- not so comfy as Vsrtom or Varadero
- suspension...

The best GPS soft for Android is LOCUS (free). You can download vector maps (free) and use it in offline mode as well as download satellite image from Google or Yahoo (free) and use them as offline maps. You also can tracking you movement.

If Rizoma looks expensive for you, try Pazoma. They have some model which almost equal to Rizoma.
I have front signal from Rizona and rear from Pazoma. Almost identical.
How I did:
1. Soak with Pressure washer all motorcycle.
2. Clean with Pressure washer whole motorcycle includes mirrors, dashboard, seats (just increase a bit distance from nozzle to sensitive object).
3. Immediately drying with cotton cloth and wax it.
Done
Need to change battery. Occasionally find some in Walmart, but only dimensions like "with x high x depth" shown on package box, no max amperage, no life time. So I'm confused a bit.
Maybe some one has experience with ? or any feedback ?
